Return & Exchange Policy

General Guidelines:

  • Eligibility Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that underwear or final sale products are not eligible for return.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.

For US Customers Only:

  • Return Process: We offer a simplified return process for customers within the US.
  • Handling/Restocking Fee: A handling fee is required for each return, whether for a refund or an exchange. This fee may be waived for returns involving damaged or incorrect items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Reporting Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund Time-Frame:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For lost packages, processing may take up to 15 business days.
